These Boot Camps, take place in a variety of locations in South Wales and provide a cardiovascular, strength and core workout simultaneously. These South Wales based Boot Camps will get you to your fitness goals quicker than ever before. Kettlebell Boot Camp Personal Training sessions take place Morning, Afternoon and Evening to suit everyone at a location near you.

Nutrition is absolutely vital in attaining your health, fitness and body shape goals. All my weightloss clinic clients are given specific instructions based on what foods to consume based on their metaolic rate, so their nutrition intake is specific to them.
