What are Boot Camps?
Boot Camps are intense group personal training sessions that will get you into truely fantastic shape. This South Wales bootcamp is high energy, fun and always a challenge both mentally and physically. Bootcamp are for people of all ages and fitness levels and the intensity of sessions will be designed to cater for all individuals.
What are Kettlebells?
In the sessions we use a combination of equipment. Kettlebells are predominantly used to provide a functional and dynamic workout. Studies have shown that people who train correctly with kettlebells develop functional athletic power. Core strength is also developed which will undoubtedly improve posture and significantly reduce the risk of picking ip injuries. The kettlebells also provide a challenging workout for the cardiovascular system. Many celerities are now using kettlebells to get in shape for movies. In the latest Rocky film, we see rocky using the Kettlebells in preparationf or his big fight. It is well renowned that Madonna Jenniffer Anniston regUularly use kettlebells to stay in Hollywood shape. Gerrard Butler and the ''300'' cast used kettlebells to get into truely amazing shape and to define those razor sharp abs. Kettlebells can be used for explosive motions that recruits a whole group of different muscle groups. Used in this way they will develop explosive strength and bost your metabolism like no other workotut. This type of workout literally torches calories, so attend regularly and watch your body transform...fast!!

These Boot Camps, take place in a variety of locations in South Wales and provide a cardiovascular, strength and core workout simultaneously. These South Wales based Boot Camps will get you to your fitness goals quicker than ever before.
Kettlebell Boot Camp Personal Training sessions take place Morning, Afternoon and Evening to suit everyone at a location near you. We currently have this group personal training in a variety of locations.

The Cardiff Bootcamps take place at Roath Rec and at Fitness First, Cardiff East at the following thimes:
- Monday: 6.15 am, 10:15am + 7.30 pm
- Tuesday: 12:30 pm
- Wednesday: 6.15 am + 6:30pm
- Thursday: 12:30pm
- Friday: 6.15 am + 6:00pm
With the choice of 9 Bootcamps per week in Cardiff, getting in shape has never been easier. All the early morning bootcamps take place at Roath Rec, with all others taking place at Fitness First.
