These Boot Camps, take place in a variety of locations in South Wales and provide a cardiovascular, strength and core workout simultaneously. These South Wales based Boot Camps will get you to your fitness goals quicker than ever before. Kettlebell Boot Camp Personal Training sessions take place Morning, Afternoon and Evening to suit everyone at a location near you.

Nutrition is absolutely vital in attaining your health, fitness and body shape goals. All my weightloss clinic clients are given specific instructions based on what foods to consume based on their metaolic rate, so their nutrition intake is specific to them. Where

South Wales Bootcamps are currently taking place in a variety of South Wales locations. The Cardiff bootcamps currently take place in Fitness First, Cardiff East.

The Cardiff East, Fitness First has a deluxe air conditioned studio, where there is access to refreshments as well as shower facilities. You do not even have to be a Fitness First member to enjoy this fantastic Cardiff group personal training experience.

Fitness First Cardiff Boot Camp Times:

Monday: 6.30 am, 10.15 am + 7.30 pm

Tuesday: 12.30 pm

Wednesday: 6.30 am + 6.30 pm

Thursday: 12.30 pm

Friday: 6.30 am + 6.00 pm

Newport Kettlebell Bootcamp take place on the outskirts of the City, just a 15 minute drive from Newport City Centre. There are bootcamps within 15 minutes of Newport City Centre. Call Cardiff Kettlebell Bootcamp for more information on these.


Benefits of Cardiff Kettlebell Bootcamp

Cardiff Kettlebell Bootcamp is cheaper than having a personal trainer for a 1:1 personal training session. If you had 3 x Personal Training sessions with a one of our Personal Trainers it would cost you £600 a month. Bootcamps access for one month costs far less than this!!! Also exercising in groups is higher energy and therefore more motivating than a 1:1 personal training session, so you will get better results with this type of personal training. Better value and better results - WOW!!!!
