Team Conditioning
Cardiff Kettlebell Bootcamp has become the choice for weekly conditioning; for a wide variety of South Wales sports teams. In the Summer of 2010 Cardiff Kettlebell Bootcamp performed team conditioning sessions for a wide variety of teams. These included; Newport Gwent Dragons RFC, Newport County FC, Barry Town FC, Cinderford Town FC and Bridgent Street FC.
